Are there any lending fees?
There are fees, but, normally not the mortgage fees you think of when asking me. The fees that are chargeable are from other professionals who are part of the equation and you pay them directly, not me. For example, if your property needs an appraiser, they will charge you. Since there are lawyers involved, they will charge you also. By the way, the lawyers are there to protect you in this case. Whether the lawyer is assuring your title is clean on the property and protected. (Title insurance is another fee by the lawyer but is a smart way to guarantee your investment) or just ensuring all the directions regarding the mortgage and any other duties are administered correctly…your their client.
When does Greg charge me for my mortgage?
Greg’s chargeable services are limited to the tough transactions that require a specialty service that I provide, similar to a lawyer, so that you get the funding you need when your bank has said “no way”. The bright side to this is that it comes from the funded money, not from your bank account up front. It’s paid because you are happy with the mortgage deal and it’s affordable to you and your family.
